Gold Coast Business Workshop in April

Helping aspiring and established business owners to manage their profits will be the focus of a workshop on the Gold Coast in April. 

Member for Southport Peter Lawlor said Managing for Profits will be held on 16 April at the Department’s Gold Coast Centre at Southport.

“This workshop will help maximise business performance by giving owners the knowledge and skills they need to understand business financials,” Mr Lawlor said.

“Basically it will demystify the financial jargon used in business.”

Director of the Employment, Industry Development and Innovation Gold Coast Centre Tracey Gilmore encouraged business owners to attend the workshop.

“It will be a very valuable opportunity given the tough economic times currently being faced by business,” she said.

Managing For Profits is $44 and will be held on 16 April from 9:30am – 12:30pm at the Gold Coast Regional Centre, Ground Floor, The Connaught Centre, 26 Marine Parade, Southport.
