QUESTION:

With reference to licensed premises in the Currumbin Electorate—

(1) How many warnings, breaches, infringement notices and prosecutions (reported separately) were issued against (a) hotels, (b) nightclubs and (c) bottle-shops for years 2007-08, 2008-09 and 2009-10 (to date)?

(2) Which five establishments were the worst offenders (listed by name)?
